Orders & pricing

All sales final

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Shipping & Returns policy — size exchanges or store credit only, with no monetary refunds. By purchasing, you accept that policy.

Chargebacks & payment disputes

We retain records of your order, your acceptance of these Terms, and delivery/tracking confirmation, and will submit that evidence to contest unwarranted disputes. Delivery confirmation constitutes proof of fulfilment.
